Terms & Digital Downloads Policy
Aura & Grove is a digital project operated by Ferox Maison in the Netherlands. These terms apply to digital products purchased through Aura & Grove.
1. Digital products
Aura & Grove products are digital files such as PDF journals, ritual guides, planners, printable cards, wallpapers and bundles. Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.
2. Personal-use licence
A purchase gives one customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the files for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense or claim the files or their designs as your own. Commercial use is not included unless a separate licence is expressly provided.
3. Seller, prices and payment
Aura & Grove is operated by Ferox Maison, Stationsstraat 3A, 6093 BJ Heythuysen, Netherlands. Ferox Maison is registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under KVK number 97391123 and VAT ID NL005265974B22. Customer service is available at info@feroxmaison.eu or +31 6 8166 0882. Checkout is provided through Stripe Managed Payments. For transactions covered by that service, Stripe acts as merchant of record and manages applicable indirect taxes, payment processing, transaction support, fraud and disputes. The final amount and currency are shown before payment is submitted.
4. Secure delivery and access
After successful payment is confirmed, the purchased files are made available through a private delivery page. Download links are signed, time-limited and checked against the paid Stripe order. Customers are responsible for using a compatible device and keeping a personal backup after download.
5. Withdrawal rights for immediate downloads
EU consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts. For paid digital content supplied immediately, that right may end only after the customer expressly agrees that delivery can begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledges that this means losing the right of withdrawal once performance begins. The checkout must collect that express consent and acknowledgement before an immediate paid download is delivered.
6. Faulty or inaccessible files
If a purchased file is corrupted, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed through the promised delivery method, contact Aura & Grove with the order details. A working replacement or another remedy required by applicable consumer law will be provided. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
7. Reflective content
Journals, prompts, affirmations and ritual guides are creative self-reflection tools. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and are not a substitute for qualified professional support.
8. Contact and changes

Stripe provides transaction-level support for Managed Payments orders. The terms shown at purchase govern that order. Material changes are not applied retroactively unless required by law.
