Aura & Grove is a digital project operated by Ferox Maison in the Netherlands. This page explains how personal data is handled when you browse the site or buy a digital product.
1. Who is responsible
Ferox Maison operates Aura & Grove and is responsible for the personal data it processes for product delivery and customer support. Ferox Maison is located at Stationsstraat 3A, 6093 BJ Heythuysen, Netherlands, and is registered under KVK number 97391123 and VAT ID NL005265974B22. 2. Technical information
Like most hosted websites, limited technical information may be processed to deliver the site safely and reliably. This can include an IP address, browser type, device information, request time and security logs. This information is used only for hosting, security, fault detection and basic operation of the website.
3. Cookies and tracking
Aura & Grove does not currently add advertising or marketing tracking cookies. Essential technical storage may be used by the hosting service when necessary to provide or secure the website. If analytics, marketing cookies or embedded third-party services are added later, this policy and the site's consent choices will be updated before they are activated.
4. Purchases through Stripe
Purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe may collect your name, email address, billing details, payment details, customer location, IP address and device information to process the transaction, determine applicable indirect taxes, prevent fraud, provide receipts and handle transaction support. Ferox Maison receives the order information needed to verify payment, provide the purchased files and answer product-support questions. Card details are not stored by Aura & Grove.
5. Secure digital delivery
A Stripe Checkout Session identifier and payment status are used to unlock private, time-limited download links. Purchased PDF files are stored separately from the public website and are released only after a paid order is verified. Technical security logs may be kept where necessary to prevent misuse and investigate delivery problems.
6. Retention and your privacy rights
Order and accounting information is retained for the period required by applicable legal and tax obligations. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary. Depending on the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal data, object to certain processing and receive portable data. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
